When will I get car and driver details after booking?
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll share the vehicle and driver details before your scheduled pickup time, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey. In a few rare cases, details may take longer and can be shared up to 2 hours before departure.
How much time in advance I have to book the cab?
You can book a cab up to 1 hour before your scheduled departure, subject to availability. However, we recommend booking at least 1 day in advance to avoid last-minute rush and ensure a smooth travel experience.
What is included in the price and what is extra?
Fare includes fuel, driver, and night charges with no extra driver food or logistics charges. You can choose Toll & State Tax inclusive or the lowest fare excluding them. 5% GST and parking charges, if applicable, are extra.
What happens if the driver doesn’t arrive? Will I lose my advance payment?
If, in the rare event that the assigned driver is unable to arrive, VeoCabs will arrange an alternative vehicle whenever possible. If we are unable to fulfil your booking, your advance payment will be fully refunded.
Can I book my cab of my choice?
Yes. You can choose from our Hatchback, Sedan, SUV, and Tempo Traveller options based on your comfort, group size, and budget.
